I have a very nice 27 foot Travel Trailer. Sleeps 8. Triple bunks in the rear, Master bed up front,full bath, full kitchen, dinette makes bed, and fold out sofa. Includes all furnishings, sheets pillow blankets kitchen warse, coffee pot and ANTI SWAY HITCH that stabilizes trailer in tow, it was $400 etc.
I just spent $1200 with a professional to go through the entire trailer. New awning arms, repaired plug, serviced AC, repaired some loose siding, etc.
Includes picnic tables, chairs everything you need to travel but the food
